(IČO 06526411) since 29 July 2025, with Václav Faraga added as a second jednatel on 28 July 2025 — confirming the media-reported acquisition at register level. Ownership before the deal: founder Vít Schlesinger held 100% at founding (2017, then named Black Fish Digital s.r.o.), one-third alongside Lukáš Caldr and David Veteška 2018–2020, 100% again 2020–2022, 70% during Lukáš Oslzla's 30% co-ownership 2022–2024, and 100% from 23 Feb 2024 until the sale.
