Tvrzení

Lukáš Oslzla was jednatel and co-owner of Blackfish & Co. s.r.o. from June 2022, exiting in February 2024 — about 17 months before Able.cz's 2025 acquisition. No public source explains the departure. He and Vít Schlesinger were separately both involved with the same entity, Artstay s.r.o. (IČO 10847031, later renamed Lovs & Co. s.r.o.): Schlesinger 2021–2024, Oslzla as its sole owner from 2021/2022 onward — a second link between the two men beyond Blackfish.
